MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

I started my career in beer distribution (still my favorite job) managing sales and operations when most people my age were just entering the workforce. That led to some recognition and an early consulting career, advising final mile supply chain operations around the world. Despite great success, I privately felt unprepared in a key area; knowing how things should work isn't enough.

So I spent the next two decades becoming a Fortune 500 operator and executive who actually transformed the operations I had once advised. At one of the world's largest manufacturing supply chains, I built my career on being assigned to failing divisions, consistently delivering profitability, service, and risk improvements exceeding $100M. As CEO of a global SaaS company, I restructured sales operations, drove an 800% pipeline increase, tripled EBITDA, and lowered churn to under 3%.

In the laboratory that has been my career, I noticed the same pattern: solid strategies that stalled during execution. Not because of bad people or inadequate technology, but because organizations consistently underestimate what I now call the Execution Paradox—the counterintuitive reality that the very factors promising transformation often become the barriers preventing it.

As a corporate executive, I understood this paradox intimately but couldn't fully address it. Every recommendation had to connect back to our platform. Every public appearance carried a perceived agenda, even when speaking from the heart. I wanted something different: to help organizations without constraint, as an independent voice unencumbered by sales quotas or predetermined solutions.

CatalystSC Partners is that answer.

Our expertise is closing the strategy-execution gap in final mile operations for organizations with private fleets, but the principles apply across any operation where brilliant strategy meets stubborn reality.

We help organizations achieve what most consider impossible: better profitability, superior service, and lower risk, all at the same time. The difference between someone who advises on transformation and someone who has actually rebuilt organizations while managing P&L responsibility? That's where real value lives.

If you're facing operational challenges that demand someone who has done the work at every level—not just studied it—let's talk about closing your strategy-execution gap.
